How can I top-up cash?

What’s the process for entering a competition?
Entering a competition involves creating an account, topping up cash via the ‘+’ button, and selecting a preferred competition. Upon entering the competition, you must correctly answer our skill-based MCQ to demonstrate your skill. If you answer the question incorrectly, unfortunately you aren’t able to enter the draw but your cash will still be debited from your account.

Why do I have to answer a skill-based multiple choice question?
We are legally obliged to use skill to determine the winner of our competitions. It is not simply a competition or a raffle. We use a skill-based multiple choice question as it’s a widely recognised, simple and quick evaluation of one’s skill.

What happens if I get the question wrong?
While it may be disappointing, remember that this is a competition, and the question is deliberately challenging to comply with the law. If you get the question wrong, you won’t be entered into the draw and won’t have a chance to win the prize. Entry fees are non-refundable. However, you can always try again and we wish you the best of luck!

Can anyone enter the competition?
Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 and over, excluding employees, agents, suppliers, and their immediate families or households.
Entries are permitted only from residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Ireland (ROI).
All competitions have been organised to comply with the laws within these regions.

How do I find my ticket number?
Here’s how you can find your ticket numbers for a competition:
1. When you enter a competition, your ticket numbers can be found on the purchase confirmation.
2. On your account dashboard, go to ‘History’, Select ‘Competitions’ and click on ‘Reveal Results’ to see your ticket numbers.

What are the prizes?
All prizes are described in full on the website in the description section of each competition.

How is the winner decided?
Live Draws: We host live draws on our Facebook and YouTube pages for everyone to see. Using Google’s random number generator, we determine the winner. If the draw doesn’t sell out and the first number generated is not sold, we’ll keep generating numbers until we have a winner.
Instant Win Competitions: You can win instantly by getting a ticket number that matches a number on our pre-determined prize list. If your ticket matches any of these numbers, you win that prize instantly! Some instant win competitions feature an “end prize.” Every ticket you purchase for the instant win competition also enters you into a regular live draw for the end prize. This live draw takes place on our Facebook and YouTube pages.

What are my chances of winning?
The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition so your chances of winning will vary from competition to competition. As an example, if entries are capped at a maximum of 1000, this means that if you purchase 1 entry and get the answer correct, your chances of winning will be 1 in 1,000.
You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing more entries. For example, if you purchase 10 entries in the example above and you get the answer correct, your chances of winning will be 1 in 100.

Do I have to participate in promotions if I win?
No, it’s not mandatory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media.
Even if you choose not to participate in promotions, we may need to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to show that the competition was fair and the prize was awarded properly.

Are entry fees refundable?
We do not refund entry fees if you answer the question incorrectly or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.
